OUR MISSION
Melanoma Skin Cancer Education & Prevention
ABOUT US
At age 37, Victor Finch passed away on October 25, 2014 after a two-year fight with melanoma skin cancer. Vic’s spirit was strong, and he smiled, joked, and maintained unwavering faith until the very end. Yet one thing continued to weigh Vic down during his journey-- the public ignorance towards the seriousness of melanoma skin cancer.
“Somebody needs to make it known!” he said, and his words were heard loud and clear. Today, Vic’s spirit lives on through the Victor Over Cancer Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to educate the public and provide the resources for safe and proper skin care, so that no families need be torn apart by something as seemingly harmless as a suntan.
